Shoreham House was created for a family who loved their home and it's coastal setting but needed more space to suit the next chapter of their lives. Rather than move, they chose to thoughtfully extend and renovate, transforming the existing home into one that better reflects the way they live today.
The project included a substantial extension featuring a new open-plan kitchen, living and dining area, walk- in pantry, private master suite with ensuite, walk-in robe, and study, along with a purpose built florist studio connected to the home. Rich green stone tiles and warm terracotta tones bring depth and character to the interiors, creating a home that feels connected to the surrounding landscape. Designed for two creative owners, the result is a warm, welcoming home where colour, texture and nature exist in harmony.
